Client Experience Lab - Idea to Prototype

Create something your clients will love to hold in their hands…

You’ve been thinking about creating a special resource for your clients — maybe a card deck, a beautiful journal, a printable, or something else that feels intentional, useful, and full of your magic.

You know what you want it to feel like… but between client sessions, ideas keep floating around in your head instead of turning into something real. Maybe you’ve started sketching out ideas, or maybe you’ve been sitting on this for months (or years).

You’re not alone.

The truth is, it’s easy to get stuck at the “good idea” stage.

✨ What if, in just 4 weeks, you could go from an idea to a finished prototype?

✨ What if you could make the tiny version of the thing and finally see your vision in your hands?

✨ What if you didn’t have to figure it out alone?

Client Experience Lab – Idea to Prototype is a guided group experience that takes you from that spark of an idea to a finished prototype in just four weeks.

I'm Safiya Robinson - an ICF coach, writer, creative and storylistener who believes in tiny experiments, and the power of finishing

For years, I had a LOT of ideas, but I found it difficult to bring my ideas to fruition. After I achieved one of my biggest goals in life - writing and publishing my first book, something changed. I realised that I had not just ideas, but I also was able to bring so many more ideas to life and to be something in the real world that I could hold in my hands.

I decided to reverse engineer what I did - to see if I could apply it elsewhere. I have written more books, created my own card decks and more - through starting small - and harnessing the energy of the prototypes I was able to create. Now - I want to bring that magic to you!!

Imagine if you could:

  • Create something tangible that enhances your client experience — like a card deck, postcard series, journal, or other resource.

  • Build confidence through making — not just thinking.

  • Turn your creative idea into something real without overcomplicating the process.

  • Feel that spark again, remembering why this idea excited you in the first place.

How does it work?

This 4-week, hands-on program is designed to help coaches and creatives bring their ideas to life — simply, joyfully, and without perfection getting in the way.

You’ll join a small group of 4–6 participants and together we’ll move from idea to prototype through weekly co-working calls, practical guidance, and warm accountability.

What’s included:

  • 🛠 4 weekly co-working/office hours style Zoom calls

A space to ask questions, get feedback, and get things done.

  • 💬 Coaching and creative support

From someone who’s walked this path — creating card decks, journals, and other tangible resources.

  • 🤝 A warm, small community

To keep you moving and cheer you on.

  • 🧭 One finished prototype (or the closest tiny version of it!) + a clear path for your next steps.

Who this is for:

  • Coaches and creatives who want to elevate their client experience.

  • Anyone sitting on an idea they’re ready to bring to life.

  • People who want a supportive, practical space to create — not just talk about creating.

Who this is NOT for:

  • Anyone looking for done-for-you design or manufacturing services.

  • Those who don’t have a few hours each week to put their idea into action.

  • Anyone who wants to keep their idea theoretical.

FAQ

1. Do I need to know exactly what I want to make before joining?

Nope! You can come in with a crystal-clear idea or just a spark. Part of the Lab is helping you clarify what you want to create and shape it into something tangible.

2. What if I can’t make every live call?

All sessions will be recorded so you can catch up on your own time. You’ll also have space each week to share progress and get feedback so you never fall behind.

3. Do I need design skills or fancy tools?

Not at all. We’ll focus on getting your idea into a tiny, workable prototype. You can use simple, accessible tools — and I’ll share the ones I’ve personally used.

4. How much time will I need each week?

Plan for around 2–4 hours per week, including the live sessions and your own creative time. The program is intentionally designed to be light, doable, and flexible — because the magic is in finishing, not overloading.

No refunds. Spots are limited to keep the group intimate and focused.
